All shipping is through Canada Post, it includes both tracking and insurance, and you will receive an email as soon as it has been shipped. All orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Here are two options:
Standard-$10.99-expected to arrive within 5-6 business days
Express-$22.90-expected to arrive within 3 business days 

US
$14.90 (CAD) - expected to arrive in 4-8 business days

International Orders
