All shipping includes both tracking (for orders in Canada and the U.S.) and insurance. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped within 30 hours. Canada Post delivers both to PO Boxes and Street Addresses.

Domestic (Canada)
These are the two options:
Standard- $10.99 - expected to arrive within 5 to 6 business days 
Express- $22.90 - expected to arrive within 3 business days 

US
$14.90 (CAD) - expected to arrive in 4-8 business days
